Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Readio. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only for content you are allowed to access.

Last updated: April 20, 2026

1

Using Readio

Readio lets you save links, articles, and PDFs for offline reading. You are responsible for the links you save and for following the rules of the websites and publishers you access.

  • Use Readio only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not use Readio to bypass restrictions you are not allowed to bypass.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, or republish content unless you have permission.
2

Your Content and Data

Readio is designed to store your reading list locally on your device. We do not host your saved articles, run reading-list servers, or provide cloud accounts.

  • Your saved links, notes, tags, and downloaded content remain on your device.
  • You control deletion through the app or by uninstalling Readio.
  • You are responsible for keeping your device secure and backed up if needed.
3

Third-Party Websites

When you save a link, your device connects directly to the source website. Readio does not control third-party websites, their availability, their terms, or their privacy practices.

4

Subscriptions and Purchases

If Readio offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions are handled through the app store where you downloaded the app. Cancellation, refunds, and billing management follow that store account system.

5

No Warranty

Readio is provided as-is. We aim to make offline reading reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every website, PDF, article layout, translation, text-to-speech voice, or local AI response will work perfectly.

6

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
