Need help with Readio? Start with the common topics below. If something is still unclear, contact support and include your device model, app version, and a short description of the issue.

1

Saving a Link

Paste a URL in Readio, review the preview, then save or download it for offline reading. Some websites may block automated article extraction or require you to open the page in a browser.

2

Offline Reading

Downloaded articles and PDFs are stored on your device. If an item is not available offline, open Readio while connected to the internet and try downloading it again.

3

Translation

Readio is built around reading in any language. If translation is not available for an article, make sure the article has finished downloading and that the target language is supported on your device.

4

Listen to Articles

The listen feature uses your device speech system to read saved articles aloud. Voice availability, speed, and language support can depend on your platform settings.

5

Offline AI

AI features are intended to help summarize, explain, and answer questions about saved articles. Results can vary, so use them as reading assistance rather than a replacement for the original article.

6

Storage and Deletion

You can delete individual saved items from your reading list. If you uninstall Readio, local app data is removed according to your operating system storage behavior.

7

Privacy

Readio does not require an account and does not run analytics or tracking servers. Saved reading data is designed to stay local to your device.

8

Purchases

If you subscribed through an app store, manage cancellation, renewal, and refund requests from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
